Thank you Dave and Scott! It was a wonderful suprise.
The plans have now also been released to everyone and you can pick them up here:

A couple of us are in the air with them already. F1wannabe from the RCPowers forum is doing some impressive mods and experimentation with his, it's a really interesting process to watch. His Maiden video gives a really good look at this new beastie;
It's more work than most other V1's because it's got some interesting new features.
Unlike the others, it's not an "elevon only" plane. It's still run from 2 servos but it's a 4x4 system (elevons on Aileron and Elevator) which is also connected to the canards. It also has a KF airfoil as standard but the plane still comes out of a single sheet of Depron. It's also recommending a 3s as the stock where all the other V1's come with a 2s and 3s recommended battery.
While it was a bit of work to get the 2s to balance the CG right I have to say this plane flys well off of the smaller battery even though it only recommends a 3s.
Apologies for the video, I'd been waiting days for the wind to back off and I had to squeeze in video for 2 planes into about 20 minutes when the wing backed off for a while ;).
All in all another great plane from RCPowers!
Grey.
